Beautiful deep red colour. Very plush and soft fabric.The cut is very flattering.Note: I am a size 8-10AU, 5"6', I purchased the L/XL for a perfect fit.

My old winter bathrobe was at the end of its lifespan, so I was on the hunt for a new full length one that wouldn't break my budget. It's very cold in my suite in the winter, so I prefer a longer robe to keep my ankles warm (I have a shorter summer one already). I was attracted by the lovely red colour available in this one, even though I was very disappointed that the smaller size was much shorter. But after researching, I found this to be true with almost every time available - do they think thin people don't want full length robes??? Anyway, I decided to just take a chance and ordered the large to get the length I wanted, despite normally wearing an extra small in clothing (5'5" and 115 lbs). I am not disappointed!! Not only is the colour beautiful and the fabric insanely soft, but it actually hangs quite nicely on me despite the larger size! Sure, there is far more fabric than I need, but it looks a lot better than my previous bulky one-size-fits-all robe. And it proved to be very warm this morning despite being on the thin side.There is only one thing that I dislike about this bathrobe, and that is that I have to occasionally take it off. I can't find a single fault with it. I could live in this thing!

I bought the Wine Red in Lg/EXLG because I have a very similar fleece robe that I have had for many years in that size. I like my robes to fix loosely. Comparing this robe to my old one it measures over 3" smaller from side seam to side seam in the back and 2" smaller on each side of the front panels. That's a total of over 7" smaller around. It is very long, which I expected and wanted. I don't like it because it doesn't overlap very much in the front from the waist down. This robe is made for tall, very thin people. It is a beautiful color and very soft and plush. It's lightweight but warm. I haven't washed it so cannot attest to that or the shedding. I'm not at all happy with this purchase and I'm considering sending it back.

This robe is so incredibly soft and warm! A nice thickness, yet lightweight! Color is deep and rich!
