Q: I have the Keurig K425,it seems like if the bottom of cups have that circular indent it keeps jamming up and causing pressure. Are these like that?

Yes, these KCups have a circular indent. I have a K40 system and these cups and others with circular indents work very well and no problems dispensing coffee. Also, as well as other KCups with flat bottoms work very well and no problems dispensing coffee.

Q: Will the k cups work in other brands of coffee makers beside Keurig ?

Yes. I use them in my Hamilton Beach. Never had a problem.

Q: : Is this the original flavor or the newer flavor? The tops on the newer flavor are a lighter in color and there is an obvious change to the taste.

The tops are trimmed in white, but the flavor is still good.

Q: How much coffee is in one cup?

Just like any Kcup they make 1 cup of coffee. You decide the strength by which size you pick on your Keurig machine. Stronger coffee, less water by chosing the smaller cup size or weaker by choosing a larger cup size.
