This cleanser totally burned my face after one use and I’m still trying to get my skin back to normal after a week. Not for me!

I expected this to be a premium face cleanser but I have some major issues with it.1. Description said it is foaming but I could not get it to foam at all.2. The scent is unbearable, really disgusting. Harsh and chemical.3. I felt an unpleasant burning sensation on my face for 10-20 minutes after using it. I tiny bit got in my eye and it burned much more than regular soap. Had to wash my eye for a while. This does not happen with other Foaming Face Cleanser products.4. My face and bald scalp did not feel less oily after use, the same way other cleansers feel.maybe something is wrong with the batch I got! If this is the case, DAVI sellers, please reply here and possibly send me a foaming replacement or explain why I misunderstood this product or how to use it.I have to say that I like the glass container it comes in, very high quality. The consistency of the material is not as white as in the picture but more silvery shining type.I know this review may come off very negative but this is my experience with the product. Again I would love the seller to explain or correct the situation but for the time being my review is negative with the only positive being the glass container.EDIT:I gave this to my wife to try after only mentioning I didn't really like it - maybe I'm weirdly sensitive to one of the ingredients. She said it smells really bad and was not willing to try it out.I don't see an alternative to keeping the star rating at 2 stars. The most likely explanation is that I received a bad batch.

The DAVI facial cleanser is creamy and smooth. The pump dispenses just enough to wash my face. The scent is odd and I can’t quite figure out what it is. It’s a bit spicy and maybe citrusy and minty. It’s pretty strong but it is growing on me. It is invigorating and it does wake me up in the morning. The cleanser leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized. It isn’t irritating to my sensitive skin.

This is one of those luxury facial cleansers that is a joy to use. Not only does it clean the skin quite effectively, but it also starts to moisturize your skin before you've gone on with the rest of your skincare regimen.It cleans quite well and seems to work on a deep level. While massaging over the face, it will feel and look a bit creamy, but you won't get a bubbly lather. You can feel that it's very gentle on the skin while going to work removing excess sebum, dead skin cells and debris. One of those cleansers that seems to expand as you massage it across the face, so you don't need to use a lot. Feels luscious. There is a light scent that I find to be pleasant. Of course, those who are scent adverse probably won't appreciate it all that much. I find that it enhances my enjoyment of using this facial cleanser.Rinses away easily without feeling as though you have left residuals behind. The skin feels very clean and also hydrated. Makes my skin feel nice and soft and conditioned. Does not at all dry out the skin nor cause any sort of irritation. If anything, it feels a little moisturized without feeling as though you've oiled up your skin.Best for those with normal to dry skin. Great for both men and women, as well as all adult age groups. Especially good for those with more mature skin, though I would also highly recommend it for those with younger skin to help keep it in good healthy condition.

my bottle came busted but the pump was still able to work so i used it anyway, and it looked fine in appearance when it came out, but once i started to actual work it with water, it smelled like rotten milk. it was so nauseating. i had to stop immediately and use a totally different, much better cleanser to get rid of whatever this product was from my skin. i will never use this again.

I personally use a face wash every day. Lots of people neglect their face but it’s one of the areas of your whole body that gets oily and collects the dirt. I’ve tried many different face scrubs and washers over the years. Most of them tend to work fairly well with just one application. This one on the other hand I was not as impressed with. Unlike my other ones I’ve used, I had to use this one twice every morning to leave my face feeling clean at all. And after using it my face tend to burn some with almost an acidic feeling to it. Not crazy about the fragrance and the consistency of it turns me away as well. There’s really not a lot about this one that I do like. Now I understand each person has her own preference and different skin types will react differently to the same product. This may work just fine for you but it is a fail for me.

This is a gentle face wash. It's not foaming, but rather smooth and creamy. It makes a silky, refreshing lather. It leaves my face feeling smooth and clean. I like the glass bottle and convenient pump. I wasn't crazy about the scent. It is a little too medicinal.

It goes on smoothly and provides a rich creamy experience. It soothes the skin while cleansing it. After 30 seconds, I rinsed it off and felt a cooling menthol-like sensation on my face.
