I waited several months before writing this review to ensure its a good and accurate one beyond first impressions. First impressions weren't great actually, had some problems with temperature control and some other things. That said after regular use now over all 4 seasons I am very happy with it. Never had any leaks and the bubbles are great. I also like the size/shape given that I have it on a somewhat narrow balcony. Some other thoughts/observations:1) Its really a one person tub. One person comfortably (if you are not too tall, I am 5'10"). Two 'very close' people (i.e. boyfriend/girlfriend, etc.) can fit without too much difficulty but that is it.2) It is not very good at holding its temperature when its cold out with just the cover that comes with it. 'Cold' being I'd say anything under 50 deg F. What I did, and my biggest recommendation for it, is to get a black comforter to throw over it too when you are not using it. I would have to weigh mine down against the wind (just the comforter), but it made a HUGE difference in holdind in the heat. I got black because mine is in direct sunlight for a good part of the day- color may not matter if not. Might want to consider splurging for a weighted blanket even. But obviously its not going to be one you want to ever use for anything else given its weather exposure.That's it. Really like it, use it alot, especially when its cold, and very happy with it. I recommend.

I mostly deal with all this stiffness and pain associated with mobility issues from my Fibromyalgia in muscles and Rheumatoid Arthritis .I did the Ibotta coupon saver for 5 yrs to purchase this and even put back a little more to purchase this plus added a little more I saved up to purchase.I hopeknow just trying to help someone else stop making the same mistake I did .knew when buying this I wasn’t getting the best ,but I did expect to get some relief from my pain if only for about 2-3 years ,is what I thought anyways .I thought I would get in about 2 to 3 days a week, to help relieve some of my pain ,but unfortunately I NEVER GOT TO EVEN GET IN MINE ! I do have some pictures,but my help not around and old don’t know how to do thatThese are just some of things I wish I’d of known before I bought mine.1.Mine starting leaking at 2 different seems right at beginning while filling up ,They wouldn’t allow returns, even within 48 hr after placing order ,I even tried returning with 30 day return window through Amazon to NO PREVAIL ..So we fixed with Better Seals than they provided to send with Unit..(they are junk )2.HEAT,never did get up to 104 ,but did get to 97-98-so was hoping id be able to tolerate the temperature,in a day or two once water stabilized ..but then when checked water chemicals, the temp had dropped to a low 72 ..GEEZ ..my body could never stand it that cold ..I’d not be able to move ,and hurt for months !!So I did try emailing Customer Support, To No Prevail and there is no phone number ..This company has No Customer CARE Service ,that’s how they offer the FREE ONE YEAR Warranty..THEY DONT ANSWER OUR ,THE COSTUMERS EMAILS ..READ REVIEWS ,ITS THE MAJORITY ,WISH OTHERS LET REVIEWS BET THEIRS MORE..So PEOPLE ,IF AFTER READING MINE ,AND ALL OTHERS PEOPLES REVIEWS, IF YOU STILL WANT TO BUY ..JUST KINDLY BE AWARE ,YOU AGREE TO BUY AT TERMS ,BASICALLY YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN AFTER PURCHASE !!NO REPLACEMENT PARTS ,AND NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AT ALL !!3 .7 days after that the pump just quit working ….I AM THANKFUL FOR ONE THING THOUGH,I had started searching to purchase a ..heated blanket for under unit,to get heat up again ! This hot tub is exactly what we expected it to be. It’s perfect for two people. So far everything seems to be working great but we’ll see how long that last. Right now we are very satisfied with it.Update: I checked the heat yesterday, I had it set on 90 degrees and it didn’t really seem to be very warm and it should have been hot. We’ve not had a chance to actually get in yet because we work all week. For some reason the filter light came on the 2nd day and has not went out and the filters are brand new and came with the hot tub. Not sure why that is. Going to take another look at it this weekend. Hoping we don’t have to return it🥲! I’ll update after we check it out again!

Easy set up. Just takes forever to heat up. Doesn’t stay fully inflated.

Update at 6 months below, changing review from 5 down to 3 (so far):I'm super happy with this tub. We weren't sure if we would use a hot tub, so we didn't want to drop $10k on a real one. This one has allowed us to realize how much use it gets without breaking the bank. And so far, it's great, and we don't have any intention of replacing it with a fixed unit. This works just fine!We've had this for almost three months, I use it 3-4 nights a week. Live in SoCal, so no freezing possible. It raises temp by a very consistent 3 degrees per hour. If it's been a couple of nights, I have to remember to turn it on mid-day so it's ready by night.You have to get used to getting the chemistry right, but once you have that figured out, it's pretty easy.Get one of those floating chlorine tablet holders. Make sure you run it pretty regularly so the water gets filtered.It has no padding on the bottom (nor does a regular hot tub), so I put some foam pads underneath. Since you're submerged and your weight is supported by the water, there is no problem sitting on a firm surface.Update: 6 months later, it started to deflate. Small holes are showing up along the top seam. I was able to patch one, but more have appeared. The seam is pulling apart.Also, the shape of the tub has changed; so the cover will no longer stay on.So far, their customer service is claiming the holes are “cosmetic,” and that I’m therefor not eligible for a replacement. Not acceptable.UPDATE: They have agreed that the holes are structural defects and are sending a new tub.
