Close to lasagna noodles with gluten
With these noodles I made lasagna that was close to the lasagna I made before going gluten free. I recommend increasing the liquid in the recipe just a little. I would not recommend refrigerating leftovers more than 24 hours. The noodles soak up too much sauce and the dish gradually degrades. Very tasty the first day it's served.

Both boxes arrived with broken lasagna noodles!

Broken noodles taste exactly like the whole noodles... Scrum-did-dly-ump-tious
I've been strick GF for seven years. To be honest, I just stopped cooking anything that had flour as an ingredient. Recently, hubby, has been in the mood for some comfort food. I started researching various GF products. He specifically asked for lasagna. The jovial gluten free brand offers two ways of preparing your meal. Boil and no boil. I did the NO BOIL this first time. I used 9 noodles; three layers of three. Plenty left in the open and unopened box to make two more meals. Keep in mind, I have not had pasta in years. I loved it. The texture was perfect. The taste was scrimptious. Easy to use. My husband and our neighbor is not strick gluten free folks. They both said the lasagna was really good; taste and texture. I did use four different kinds of cheese, awesome sausage and jovial's suggestion to add egg to the ricotta but I'm sure none of that had anything to do with how well this meal turned out. It must have only been the top notch noodles. A few of the noodles were broken in transit. Just so you know, the broken noodles tasted exactly like the whole noodles.

In spite of suggestions on the box, par/boil these before using.
The directions mention building your lasagna right out of the box. Don't...parboil until pliable, then compile your layers and bake. It tastes great, and the shorter size makes the pasta more versatile. Bake as you usually would bake Semolina noodles. Try spinach, artichoke hearts, and ricotta instead of meat...you won't regret it! Top with your favorite sauce and mozzarella cheese with sliced olives.

Good gluten-free product, noodles don’t hold together as well, probably works better not to precook them.
