Tip: Dry and Colourless? Put them in the Freezer
When the highlighters arrived, they were colourless and it was really disappointing to wait 3-4 weeks for International Delivery and then get a faulty product. However, there were instructions in the packet which said that Heat can do that and to put these in the freezer to restore the colour. I did that and the colour returned.The highlighters work great now.
