This hair mask powder is awesome and I was able to use it for making DIY soaps! I believe the purpose of the powder is to simply put right into your hair, but there can be so many purposes for it.Overall, for the price, it's worth a shot. My hair felt very smooth and soft after using it just once after making my own soap bars.

Interesting product. I had never tried powdered "shampoo" before. You mix it with water to form a paste then apply to the hair and scalp and leave in for 5 to 10 minutes.It has an interesting scent. Neither pleasant nor unpleasant. The paste was smooth and rubbed in to my hair and scalp easily. It does require much more effort than just squeezing shampoo out of a bottle but if you are looking for something completely natural it is worth the time and effort.I do feel it stripped a bit of my color as I do dye my hair, so I would proceed with caution if you dye your hair. I wouldn't' really classify it as a shampoo but more of an occasional treatment for your hair.Overall, it was fun to try and I may use it occasionally but as for a day to day product, It's not something that will fit into my routine.
