when I first inserted the batteries. Furby didn't react or turn on. tried other batteries still nothing. But an hour later he finally woke-up. Maybe being a sleep all these years he didn't want to wake

Kids Very Disapointed, Christmas Morning!
When I ordered this Furby, they said, that it was like new and that it compleatly worked. Well to my suprise and my kids on Christmas morning it didn't work and my kids were very upset. Ruened there Christmas I should say. I don't have alot of money to spend on presents, cause I'm on disability, making only 650.00 a month. With that I pay rent and other living exspenses(gas, electric, and phone oh and food) Well I was able to save up some for Christmas. I saw this Furby and I just knew my 3 kids would love it. Well got togeather my money and with shipping and handleing It cost me 40.00 to 45.00 (the sales slip is in the bedroom) Oh he's a cute Furby... but he doesn't work! Ieven put in knew batteries thinking maybe that was the proublem but, no still didn't work. Well I guess thats all I have to say, except, I should get a new Furby from them or the money back, so I can get them something else.From A Very Unhappy Mother

People might not think it works but you just have to put four bottles or somethings wrong with it

Disappointed
Shipping and packing were great, but this morning, Christmas morning, my daughter is beyond disappointed when "Santa" brought her a non working Furby, Now what am I supposed to do and how am I supposed to explain this to her :( So sad.M Miller
