Paper size too thick
The paper roll of the sticker is too thick it gets stuck in the printerYellow colour paper roll is goodBoth have same specifications which is not helpful and misleading

Very thin paper not good fir thermal printer with sensors.
Very bad quality paper. Thermal printers have sensors to detect paper, it calibrates paper for printing. The labels are so bad quality that printer cannot detect paper. Paper should be much more thick so it can work properly with thermal printer.
