Aqua Marina Tomahawk, Air-K Kayak, Orange/Grey

Insgesamt ein sehr minderwertig verarbeitetes Boot. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, schlecht verklebt, zig fach verkratzt, undicht und nach Kontaktaufnahme meinerseits dazu noch ein in meinen Augen schlicht unseriöser Händler der selbst die gängigsten Höflichkeitsregeln der schriftlichen Kommunikation nicht kennt und keinen Namen nennt.

I used to have an itiwit 3 kayak and feel free Corona. This Kayak is fast, very easy to inflate, light to carry and comfortable. However, its not very stable, especially when you have a 6 year old in the front as well as mum and dad. I would worry about taking it on the sea. The main annoyance I have though is with packing it away into its bag. There are no videos on how to do this with this kayak only related ones which don't seem to work. The instructions that came with it don't cover it either!

First kayak purchase. Can’t compare to anything else. Did my research. Reviews stated not stable.! But you sacrifice a bit of stability for speed. It’s all about centre balance. I found it very easy to keep upright, and manoeuvre. Inflated and deflated fast. Packs well, and even got two life jackets inside. Overall build is top quality for the price. Feels really firm in the water, with efficient strokes. Pack size is manageable, I managed to carry it a few miles to a River!I also purchased the aqua marina paddles, which go perfectly together.Buy cheap, buy twice. This kayak is on the higher price end, but a good investment. Should last a long time with care. I did question a small concern, but aqua marina responded to me fast via email.

Aquamarina Tomahawk K-440 für 850€.Riecht bis jetzt bei jedem Auspacken nach Lösemittel. Ist sehr schnell auf- und abgebaut (erster Aufbau 10 Minuten, erster Abbau 5 Minuten. Ich habe die Finnen nicht verwendet (Flussfahrt bei Niedrigwasser) und die Fußstütze (zu kompliziert in der Handhabung, ich habe meine Füsse am Sitz des Vordermanns abgestützt). Das Boot macht gut Fahrt, ist gut steuerbar und läuft auch gut geradeaus. Freibord ist nicht sehr hoch und das Boot offen, also nix für Wellen. Aber auf dem See oder ruhigen Fluss wunderbar. Optimales Freizeitboot. Ich habe nicht bis 0,7 bar aufgepumpt, das ist gar nicht nötig. 0,3 bar oder 0,5 bar tun es auch. Dann ist auch noch Luft nach oben wenn das Boot mal in der Sonne steht. Ich bin erstaunt über die Drop-Stitch-Technologie. Macht nen guten Eindruck. Ach ja: einmal hat sich beim Überfahren von Steinen einer der Lenzstopfen geöffnet und es drang Wasser in das Boot. Trotz einer Fahrt bei Niedrigwasser mit häufiger Grundberührung kaum Spuren am Boot. Langzeiterfahrung folgt.

Great kayak, feels like a very premium product and handles beautifully on the water. Super easy to inflate and deflate / clean and store, first time using it we were on the water in 20 mins. The only thing that lets this down is the bag feels very cheap, uncomfortable straps and uncomfortable to carry for any distance as it is quite heavy (especially wet).
