FZANEST Peel Off Gel Base Coat, 15ml UV LED Light Peelable Base Gel Polish, Non Toxic Vegan Cruelty Free

I used this base coat on myself and my daughter.First, nail prep is super important and if you don’t buff your nail and remove the cuticle from your nail bed you will be disappointed with this and all products. That’s not the base coat but rather user error.I didn’t do any other nail prep as I expected this to be quickly removed. If I was looking to keep a manicure for more than a week I wouldn’t be using a peelable base.I did two very thin layers and cured in between with my beetles gel polish led nail lamp for 60 seconds. Then I used my base, two coats of beetles color 480 (red glitter) and topped with my top coat.I mention the polish I used because I do have more issues with glitter polish in general and that may have affected my use here.Today is the third day and I did have some minor lift on my thumb but otherwise it looks great. My daughter popped off two nails in the same time but she is 7 and the other 8 nails look great! It didn’t come off in one piece like another peel off I tried but this one left the nail bed looking totally intact. You can see this in my photos.I took the time to redo these today as the rest of the manicure is still great and I have to say I was a little concerned that this might damage my nail bed but it didn’t at all. Only one corner has slight lift but I was able to peel it off without harming my natural mail at all. This is a game changer for frequent color change!If this polish is peeling too quickly try these tips before you give up because it’s worth some effort to get it right:Try thinner coats. Less is often more with a base coat.Try two coats if you only did one.Push the cuticle back from the nail bed (I do not trim at all I know this is controversial, but I think everyone agrees you have to get it off the nail bed at least). It might look like your cuticle is back but trust me when I tell you it can be so thin that you think it isn’t there but it is and it will kill your manicure.Be sure that you aren’t flooding your cuticle or getting base on your skin. I do this by starting my brush mid nail not at the cuticle. That was a game changer for me with polish in general.Make sure that you are making a sandwich with your polish. You need to “seal in” the nail. What I mean is make sure you are covering the prior layer completely without running over the sides. Also, cover the tip of the nail for added strength.

I am a regular gel user and I have a bad habit of picking once the sides start to lift. I know I shouldn't but I still do and have some damage to my nails. I gave this a try. I did not put it straight to the edge of the nail so that the usual gel that lifts will have natural nail to adhere to. On day 12, I had some damage to a nail from the side that lifted the polish so I figured I'd pull away. I just used a little oil to get all the edges. It worked so well!!! Zero damage to my nails. I tried both 1 and 2 coats and both worked fine for me but 2 was a bit easier on all nails. Definitely worth the price if I can avoid acetone again!

Love to this peel off gel. It makes wearing, applying, and removing gel nails much less laborious.

I feel like this product came off relatively quickly. It isn't the best peel off base coat.

I bought this after seeing it on TikTok because I wanted to change colors weekly without damaging my nails, and it’s amazing! I used it for the first time last week, and my nails are still in great condition. Despite accidentally hitting them a few times, the nails has stayed on. I honestly didn’t expect it to last more than a week. I highly recommend this peel-off base! Pic below after a week.

Again like the top coat this is also very thick, and 3 of my nails fell off the very next morning. I have used other removable base coat and have never had this problem, they usually last a week or more. I just re polished the nails I lost without the thick top coat so hopefully the base coat holds up more then over night. Maybe I should have just stuck with the original one I have used in the past

If you change your nails a lot, then is for you. It has a very strong hold. I apply primer, base, top coat, and then this. I do gel x or poly gel, wear for about a week then change them, I take them off with a nail lifter, I think that’s what it is lol, and my nails are ice and shiny. I recommend it.
