This item is very good but contains 10 board not 15 as mentioned

While these sheets are of good quality and are at a good price, I did not realize they have a paper backing on both sides - they are not just foam. This makes them unsuitable for any water-based applications.In addition, I attempted to do several projects with these that required gluing them in place - with a major fail. The paper backing provides a good portion of the structural integrity and using any type of glue made the paper backing soggy, resulting in a bendy mess that was impossible to use.I'm sure these are great for certain projects, and the quality is good. They just weren't right for my applicaiton.

I received the foam boards and they seem to be just what I wanted as backers for fiber art projects. However, I wanted these particular boards because the listing said they were acid free. However, when I received the package, it just says Foam Core...but NOTHING about them being acid free. Did I receive the correct boards? Is my order actually acid free? There's no way for me to contact them to find out!

Only complaint is that some of the boards came stained with what looks to be oil stains. Also, thes boards do not cut well (if your planning to use it for those purposes).

I bought these in part because of quick shipping, and because I didn’t want to paint white foam board. I got them quickly, and they are packaged well- but absolutely none of these boards are the same size. They’re all roughly 8x10, sure- but if I needed these to be exactly 8x10 for framing or whatnot, I’d be out of luck.I can’t tell if they really are acid free, or how/if I’m supposed to remove the paper, etc. I’m pretty sure they’ll work for what I need but I can’t say I’m impressed with the quality or labeling.

easy stuff to work with. The background of my stereo cabinet needed black paint but couldn't get there without totally dismantling the whole system. I cut pieces of this instead, and squeezed panels of it into place. - worked great. It's easy to cut (but you must cut it on a hard surface using a razor - make sure it's sharp). Another reviewer was correct whey saying they're not square (some slightly off), but I don't care, they were easy to cut to form, or I simply turned them over to butt up against each other. They fixed my problem and I'm happy with the purchase.
