This fireplace is great. It is very realistic. I spent hours and hours searching for the right one. I am really glad I went with this one. I live in FL so I cannot comment on the heat output but it seems on par with a quality space heater. I had an issue with one of the pieces damaged during shipping and the company was SUPER helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely buy this again.

I purchased this unit for a customer. When we went to install the unit the light was extremely dim the logs were broken and our customer was very unsatisfied. I contacted this seller to return the item since our customer was not satisfied with this and no longer wanted to go with this unit. They would not let me return the item and said I needed to go through Neapolitan. I tried that and Neapolitan told me that I needed to go through the original seller. So I yet again tried and they told me since it is past 30 days there is nothing they cant do for me. Now I am out 800$ for this horrible product. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this seller!!

First off let's establish that nothing beats the heat smell and sound of a real fire. That being said, the ease and environmental advantages of an electric log set are great. After upgrading the electric, it was easy to set up. It looks nice both on and off. It hums a little when on so I bought a fire crackle noise maker to mask that sound. All in all I recommend this set.

The media could not be loaded. The logs look great compared to other electric logs I’ve seen. I just don’t love that the faux fire projection is so small. You can’t even tell it’s on once I put a screen in front. For the price, it’s just not bright enough

We are very satisfied with our electric log set; it fit well in our space. The appearance of flames bouncing off the back wall is much more realistic to me than having a glass 'halo' around the logs, like some do. I feel you would notice that 'halo' all the time, when utilizing the logs and when not. One of the logs was broken and we had to repair it, but the overall effect is really nice!

If you do not have the capability of using gas to install gas logs, or otherwise do not want gas logs, these electric logs are a really great option. The LED simulated ember glow and flames are really quite realistic looking, and can be turned on with or without turning on the electric heat. No, the electric heat will not even come close to the heat output of a good set of gas logs, (think, output similar to a portable electric space heater) but this electric log set is a great way to get close to the ambience of a log fire, with some heat as well. Also, this electric log set can be installed in a fireplace or virtually anywhere else. I was doubtful when ordering it, but am well pleased with the product. Everyone that has seen it is also impressed. I ordered it for my mother who has a log fireplace with no gas access in her house. She had been regretting that she had no gas to install gas logs, so we gave this a try and are not disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. Expected a lot from this based on reviews and the price. My fire place was put out service and thought this would be a great in between repairing the fireplace. The flame effects aren’t close to realistic (triangle flames) and the flames are all yellow no red or orange the ember bed is a joke. You can’t see that unless you stand right on top of it. The only glowing of the the logs are dead center. And you can see the mechanism in the center going around in a circle. When i painted the back of the fireplace ( couldn’t see any of the flame on the back wall unless the lights were out in the room) it really enhanced what I am stating. I bought a $130.00 Style electric log set from Lowes and was totally impressed. I would check that out before buying this set. ( was going to include video but they only allow one) The seller was great! The product not so much save your money.

My wife and I were very excited when we received the log set. It came packaged very well and everything was well protected during shipping. Unpacking and installing didn't take long and I had it up and running in no time. Installed it during day light hours so when it came time to turn the fire log set on it just looked "okay" during those hours. The set looks looks much better in a dark room. I have a real fireplace in my family room and use the fireplace often as the family room is an extra room that doesn't have venting from the furnace so it needs to be heated with a supplemental heat source. Point being I know what a real fire is supposed to look like and while in a dark room at night it looks okay its not gonna fool the average person. The dancing flames in the back and the glowing embers look pretty good. The company did a good job on the details so kudos for that. My one complaint and ultimately the reason I sent it back is that the unit doesn't do an effective job of heating up the room. Bottom line was the blower is practically non-existant and for the money it should do an effective job of heating a decent size room. I could have lived with the price tag if it worked effectively as a heater but with it unable to heat the room I felt like I had no choice but to return it. So if you're buying it for the looks I think you-ll be okay, if you're buying it to be a heat source keep on looking. Ive purchased another fire log similar to this one, Ill post the review on it in another day or two after we've used it for a few days.
