After reading the other reviews, I still took the chance and was happily pleased! Ours puffed up right away and is currently currently being used by my grandson. Super cute, very soft. If you’re worried about your child or elderly relative on long trips, this is the ticket! Definitely puffy!

Bought for my daughter for a trip. She still uses the eye masks and the pillow all the time

Bought this despite some of the negative reviews saying their pillow didn’t fluff up. Had no problems. Left the pillow out overnight and in the morning it was fully fluffed. Blanket is soft and the right size and the eye mask is adorable. I will say though that the elastic on the eye mask could be better and I wished the bag wasn’t segregated. But all around cute for the kids.

The pillow arrived shrunken which is fine but it never puffed up to a useable size, even after 5 days of being out of the packaging. It is completely unusable, squished and rock hard in places.

This is the best neck pillow and mask set i've found! i love that it's memory foam so it doesn't take up much space in our bags while traveling and my son actually naps on long flights now because he has the pillow and mask, well worth the cost, now i need to get one for myself!
