You know the style of wheelbarrow -- like a "Rubbermaid commercial garden cart" or the Gorilla version or Mighty Tuff or whatever. Pretty sure mine came from Home Depot, and had 14" tires, and of course they broke. I replaced them with some other 14" tires from Amazon, and those were a bit too big (and so they scraped on the wheel well), and since they were plastic too, they eventually broke. So I ordered these.Now I do put heavy things in my wheelbarrow. The slightly smaller size is great and the heavier duty build is great. So far, I'm happy with these. They're working great, and I expect them to last many years.

I used these wheels to replace the cheap plastic ones on my patio heater that broke. It’s very hard to find well built small wheels. It’s hard to find small 5” wheels period. These were a nice surprise. Not only the right size, but well built and steel. I went to all of my local hardware stores and nothing but very cheap plastic wheels at a jaw dropping expensive price. These were perfect.

Please be aware that the dimension at the axle is 1.25", not 1.5" as described.

The original offer was for a wheel with 1/2 inch bore. What was received appeared to have thin shims in bore hole which when measured had a bore of less than 1/2 inch so it would not fit my axle which was 1/2 inch outside diameter. Tried to contact seller by email but no response. Did not want to try to remove bore shims as it may have done damage in the removal and bore shims did not resonate with standard practice of having a clear bore hole to start with. Not practical to remove excess bore material so sent back for credit. The quality overall appeared good.

Excellent replacement wheels, the bearings make heavy weight easy to move! Well made and will last for years!
