The open dimensions of the seat, like the dimensions of the hole, are 11” x8” so like 28cm x 20cm

Q: My toilet apparently did not come with the dual flush button for the top lid; everything else is there. Is this an omission in packing?

I'd say yes. Our button needed some adjusting, but at least it was there.

Q: What is the dimisiones of the base of this toilet please?

back of toilet is about 12.5 inches. Front is about 8 inches. and back to front is about 16.5 inches in the middle of the front.
