I've owned many pencil cases over the years and this one is just OK. I don't like how the zipper feels like it's about to get stuck and break each time I open and close it. The overall look of it is a bit cheap to me. The compartments inside are weird and kind of unnecessary. So all in all, this isn't my favorite case ever, but not bad enough to return it.

This is a pencil case with organizer compartments. The case measures 8.5”x3.75”x4”. It has a wide loop on one end for carrying or hanging. It has 2 main compartments accessible via zippers. The zipper heads are metal, while the zipper teeth are plastic painted silver. The compartment on one side has 3 open pockets, one long one on the outer lid and 2 short ones on the inside. The compartment has a mesh pocket split in 2 sections on the outer lid, then a book-leaf divider with 4 elastic pen holders mounted on it, then a second removable book-leaf divider attached to the edge with Velcro with elastic pen holders for another 5 pens, then a larger open section. A plastic logo that says Powerful Style is sewn onto the outside of the pencil case.I like the simple colors of this pencil case and the large loop on the end. I’ve had a few troubles with one of the zippers, however. I also find the case barely big enough for my needs. I got it to store the accessories for my white board, a set of 12 chunky markers, an eraser, and 12 small magnets. These fit in the case, but just barely, and I had to remove the removable divider. I think the markers will fit better if I take seam ripper and remove the other divider as well. Basically, this is a good pencil holder if you have a lot of pencils or small pens to store, but it’s got too many organizer options to fit chunky pieces. Overall, this is a decent choice for storing pencils, but not ideal for larger markers.

I ordered this pencil case for my son, to use in his backpack that he uses for work. He is not in school, so we're not trying to put a lot of colored pencils, markers, etc. into it. He takes public transportation to/from work, and writes stories as he waits. This case holds the 10 or so pens, 2-3 sharpies, and some other misc items and has helped with organizing his backpack. I think the amount of items one carries determines whether or not this pencil case is "Big enough". The actual size of the case is roughly 9" long by 4" wide by 3" high. To me, anything much bigger than this would almost be lunchbox size. The current price is $12, a little high but it does have two seperate sides and definitely has helped my son. If you're looking for a pencil case, I would suggest considering this one.
