Fantastic product. Easy to fit. No plastic.My tap water was awful and smelly - now no taint whatsoever. It looks clean and clear, tastes fresh and no smell. My kettle still scales up, which I'm surprised about, but that is the only small downside.

Works well, but can’t unscrew!
Having read some previous reviews (thanks), I wanted to check I could unscrew the cylinder to change the filter. Not a chance. Put as much pressure as I dared with the tools supplied.I’ve fitted it and I’m very pleased with the water. I contacted the supplier with the issue and will update on their response. Would have been 5 stars if I could have opened the housing.Received this reply -Thank you for your reply. If you encounter any problems during the one-year warranty period, we will help you replace it. In addition, if you need to open it later, it is recommended to soak it in hot water for 15 minutes to make it easier to open. Or turn on the machine sideways. Easy to fit but initial flow is cloudy
The filter is easy enough to fit, but despite running through for 5+ minutes as per the instructions whenever we run the tap after it has been dormant for a while, eg first thing in the morning, the water is cloudy.Wanted to buy a filter in anticipation of replacement, but note that there are none available on Amazon at this time.

What Took Me So Long?
After years of jugs and filters and waiting patiently for water to filter before making tea or coffee or having room temperature water, I saw this and took the plunge and after my first delicious glass of water, my first question was what took me so long to go this route?Upon arrival, it took me all of 10 minutes to install, super easy and not complicated at all. When installed, run the water through for 5 minutes (I didn't see any loss of water pressure) and voila, you are ready to go. And the taste is exceptional, especially in my hard water area where taste has been iffy. Get this! Saves time, saves money, tastes great and no more jugs or filters to worry about!
