Taken these for years now. They are great.

ALIVE WOMEN'S 50+ PREMIUM Gummy Multivitamin 75 CT (not to be confused with ALIVE WOMEN'S 50 Multivitamin Gummy, 60 CT). I have been buying these gummy multivitamins for a long time and I really like them. They taste good and I like that they have all the vitamins in them that I wanted, including A, B6, B12, C, D3, E, Folate, and Biotin (plus others). I also like that this vitamin has Lutein, and is based in a blend of good for you fruits and vegetables. The serving size is 3 gummies, and I consider this to be my bedtime snack, LOL! FYI, there IS 4 grams of sugar per serving. I don't consider this a problem, but some people might. NOTE: These PREMIUM label gummies have some differences in terms of percentage of DV for each vitamin it the formulation, and the non-premium label is a serving of 2 gummies daily, same amount of sugar. I prefer the premium because it has a higher % of the B vitamins and of the Vitamin C, and of thismi e, RiboflAvin, and Niacin.

I really like these because they have no artificial sugar ingredients, taste good, and have a nice dry texture.

Ewww been taking these for years. New formula tastes like plastic and are alot smaller!

I have difficulty swallowing large pills, so I have taken these vitamins for a few years. About two yrs ago, they changed the flavoring & I did not like it. When I called the company to complain, I found out there is a standard gummy & a premium gummy, the latter having a different flavor. At discount stores, be advised the word “Premium” is missing, although the packaging appears to be the same. Those are the standard & good, vitamins, but less potent. The “Premium” gummy’s can be purchased at higher end, more “health food” type grocery stores, with well stocked vitamins. The flavor is slightly different .. to me, better. I decided to check out Amazon & discovered the “Premium”, so I now purchase the vitamins from Amazon. With a small savings & Prime free shipping, it’s a “win win” deal. ** Note: The only reason I rated the vitamins 4-star, is the annoying fact that, once opened, the gummy vitamins tend to clump together. I need to gently use my finger, to pluck them out of the ball of gummy’s, or take a dull end knife & separate them. Not sure how to prevent that from happening, but I still like the vitamins!

These gummies are delicious! I mean really good!! However, they are small and hard to chew. I bought these for the first time instead of the other Alive gummy vitamins for women. The other gummies I usually buy are softer and easier to consume but taste nowhere as good. I think I'm going back to the 'regular' Alive gummies next time. Also, with these smaller, hard-to-chew gummies, you have to take three instead of the usual two. At 75 gummies per bottle, the value isn't as good. Update: Finishing up the bottle. All stuck together and not so fond of the taste now. These seem to give me indigestion for some reason. My advice, get the regular kind. Those are much better - you won't have to pry them apart and hopefully won't give you indigestion. Taking off one star because they're not as good as I first thought.

I had wt. loss surgery 6/06. Lost all my wt in 10 months. 274-143. My supplements + vitamins advised by my surgeon + dietician stressed this. Our bodies can't absorb some forms of them. For example, I must inject my B12 myself. We don't absorb Calcium Carbonate, such as Tums. We take Calcium Citrate instead. I also must take double what normal women take.These are the best I've found. I take 4-6 daily. They don't get too hard or chewy. They're a total treat. Hubby says they're worth me enjoying them. I had to take 2 Hard,, Children's Chewables for yrs. The taste gagged me, + Gummies were hard chewing + got stuck together about half way thru the bottles.Amazon has them for close to half the price of Wal-Mart + Walgreens.We figure since the surgery was $31,000, why be cheap with my ordered drugs?My Psychologist says only 20% Weight Loss pts lose + maintain their goal wt + I'm 12 yrs out from surgery + I'm a winner. I still must watch what I eat + weigh myself daily.But these gummies are worth every penny, especially bought here.

The taste is great and I noticed that my hair was growing very quickly with these. Will definitely keep using them.
