I had this headset at work and really loved it, so I bought one for myself for home. So comfortable, and easy to charge. The sound quality is amazing and rivals the best music headphones. The bluetooth range is amazing too, and easy to pair. I've never had any problems with it. Highly Recommended.

I have used for a few calls and I have not complain. It works as others headset that has great noise cancellation.

I bought this to replace a 5 year old version of the same thing. This item was easy to install and worked right out of the box. It is comfortable and is good audio for conference calls. The range is not that far so do not expect to walk all over your house while using it. No problems with it near the usb receiver.The old one I had for 5 years began to peel at the covering for the ears. Also the casing for the microphone popped open on its own as if the construction of the microphone arm just gave up. But 5 years is a pretty good run, so no complaints on the quality or price. It's a good office headset.

These are the best headset that I have ever used. I have had 2 and I basically live in them. Only had to get a second pair because the first pair met an unfortunate demise. Though I don't think they are making this version anymore.

I had the original version of this headset for well over 5 years. In fact, it still works, but the headband portion of it broke and can no longer tell when it is on or off my head. Other than that, it works phenomenally well. However, the new version, not so much. Everything about it seems less than the original version. It's more flimsy, the battery doesn't last as long and it isn't nearly as loud as the earlier version. Both mine and a coworkers had the earpiece where the microphone is snap off from a 30" drop to the floor. I was able to repair mine with some epoxy, but they should really be much more durable. I bought one of these for everyone in my office, but over 1/3 of them are now dead in less than a year. I'm very disappointed and not sure I would purchase them again unless they make some major improvements.

Good battery life, noise canceling and good audio. Better than any $300 pair I have ever ordered. Been using this one for years (replace every couple years).
