90% of what I got were broken leaves and no roots.
Ok so what you get is nothing like picture. You get individual leaves that look more like duckweed and I am about 90% sure the majority that had to be trashed was duck weed. The seller sends a nice little insert that talks about plant melting. Well these plants were not melting most of them were dead. The majority of them were broken or torn leaves. They came in a cup well packaged but the plant it's self looked like someone reached into a tank of water where they were growing grabbed a hand full and squeezed them really hard like a sponge. Most of the leaves look like they were muddled like mint. The cup it's self that contained the plants were bone dry. In the end I ended up with about 5 viable leaves that had a tiny root like duck weed and on with a decent root on it. And that is it. The leaves were not melting like the insert mentioned may happen and it does happen from time to time but that was not the case with these they were not properly harvested or packaged. Go outside to a clover patch and take your hang grab a handful and then twist them until they break off. You will get an idea of how these looked. I have been growing aquatic plants and aqua scaping for 30 years and never have I had someone pass off plants in such horrible condition as possibly melting I know the difference between melting and rot and while the leaves were not rotted they were not viable at all. I am not going to bother with a refund because I did not take pictures of them in the container but the attached photo are what I managed to save out of the container. Now this could just be a one off thing maybe an employee did not do their job properly who knows but as it stands I can not recommend these plants nor seller to anyone.

Fast shipping, quality product, competitive price
I was reluctant to purchase this item due to some of the reviews, however, I am pleased with my order. I am a Quality Representative for a major manufacturer, so naturally Im often quite critical of products I purchase at home. That being said, I purchased these to be shipped in the beginning of January, with a major winter storm hitting most of the country. To my surprise, these arrived early, healthy, green, with all roots intact and not a single casualty. The roots are red/pink as advertised, though my photos don't pick it up well. Each leaf is about the size of a dime, and the roots extend at least 1.5”. I have seen no hitchhikers, nor algae/other possible contaminants.I may update as they grow out, however Ive already seen root growth within 24 hours, which is fantastic. The color and pattern is bright green and beautiful as advertised. For what I received, the price would be hard to beat. They ship well in the cold, but summer heat will probably cause more issues, which I suspect is where some of the negative reviews come from. Overall, I can recommend this product.

Wast of money
First of all, it’s a floating rooted plant. It came in with no roots and the leaves were all falling apart, and it had duckweed in it. I hate duckweed duck duck weed, and now my tank has duck weed in it and the plant that I wanted is basically just rotting I would return it, except for there’s nothing to return as the plant itself is practically dead and has no route so it’s not going to come back and I had to spend the last 20 minutes scooping duck weed out of my tank, which is very hard to do when you have guppy babies, but I guess it’s my fault for not looking at the plant first to make sure it didn’t have duck weed in it such a waste of money

Not a quality Plant
Not impressed. Put this in the tank a few months back and well its no longer in the tank. It has completely died out. Our tanks have a ton of other plants and no issues. Don't think it was anything we did wrong just seemed like nothing had any root and they were just bad quality.

Not the healthiest plants, but should do fine once established.
The health of the plant and roots were below average to just not doing well, most likely from having no moisture in the cup for them while in transit and not being properly packaged/insulated for the constant changing of early spring weather. Regardless all were alive at delivery. There were definitely more leaves as well then actual full rooted plant, but these can develop roots of their own with plenty of light and warm rank water. It's been a few days since delivery and they have perked up some and my betta seems to really enjoy them. Will update if the plants improve or die over the coming weeks.

Absolutely trash!
Only leaving 1 star because it arrived a day early and 0 stars isn’t an option.Supposed to be 30+ floating plants with red roots. I got a root that was dead and not even connected to any plant. The rest was rootless leaves(still alive idk how).Bought these to help protect my fry and add look to the tank and it is literally just trash.

Very satisfied
I was worried after reading reviews (after hitting the buy now button) but I am completely pleased with my purchase. Plants arrived in great condition and are happily floating at the top of my tank. Pic is of 2/3 of what I received. The remainder is in a different tank. Of the lot received, only one small group was wilted and without roots, otherwise, all were wonderful. Would purchase again.
