As always I do a self trial to judge the effect of a supplement I'm trying out. These definitely have an effect and I have subscribed to receive them. Be aware the stock is sometimes low, even with a subscription, so plan accordingly.

I've used various brands of nattokinase. While there are other more costly products, Now's nattokinase is pretty decent for its price and quality. Best method would be eating natto itself, of course. But taking nattokinase in a pill form does offer convenience and ease to get your daily dose.

I believe this works unlike many supplements out there. Take it on an empty stomach though. Taken together with a niacin 500 and it will clear out your arteries. It thins the blood and dissolves blood clots. Don't go over the recommended dosage. Check out WebMD for further info. I only take the 100 mg at a time. I can take 2 to 3 a day hours apart between meals. That works for me. It may not work for you. Start with just 1a day before bed or just when you get up on an empty stomach. God bless you.

Now brand of Nattokinase is a great value, small capsule with a good high mg dose and a safe bet as Now is a reputable manufacturer.

Only used on physically active days. Didn't eat breakfast or lunch.
