These are perfect! And great for big kids too. My girls are 6 and 9 and They go to a hybrid Classical Academy two days a week and have to bring their lunch. These are perfect! I also have a 7 year old son and a 1.5 year old son and I will be ordering them each one too for next school year.For anyone wondering what lunch boxes they fit inside, They fit perfectly in the Pottery Barn Cold pack style lunch boxes (rectangle ones) as well as the Fulton Bag Co. Upright Lunch Bag from Target (IF you remove the plastic insert that comes with the lunch box). I put two cold packs laying side by side in the bottom of each girls lunch box and sit the bento box on top.They don't leak, get a tight seal, are easy for my girls to open and close. We haven't had any mishaps with them so far spilling any food and they wash up beautifully in the dishwasher which makes my life SO much easier.I personally have four kids and do not use plastic in our kitchen or for storing our food. I also don't don't like to be wasteful environmentally or economically, so I don't use throw away sandwhich baggies or a lot of individual size pre packaged food.I started using bento boxes when my oldest child was in Kindergarten and have tried several over the last 5 years in an attempt to find the perfect ones.I have looked at the Bentgo boxes probably 100 times and have come so close to buying them but because it's made of plastic I just couldn't do it. I have purchased both lunch bots and weespourts stainless steel boxes and while they are durable and good quality they are not leakproof, food would spill into different compartments and wouldn't always be as fresh by lunch.I was just about to buy more Stasher silicone baggies and start sending lunch in small mason jars when I came across these amazing silicone bento boxes. We don't have a ton of extra room in our budget and I had to get two of these so I was scared spending $50 but it was the best decision ever. I'm so glad we got these bento boxes.I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be a repeat customer.

If you are looking for an easy to clean lunchbox, easy to open for little fingers, and super cute designs... look no further! I have had multiple of these lunchboxes and they are bar far my favorite to pack and clean, and by far my kids favorite to take to school. They are super durable and super cute, and VERY easy to stack and store. WINNER!

This is by far our favorite bento box! We have 3 from Austin Baby Co. The patterns are adorable, they are incredibly durable and have so much room. We use them every day. Perfect for daycare, on the go, the beach, etc. these do not leak and food is never smushed. Super easy to clean. We just pop in the dishwasher. You will not be disappointed!

I never write reviews, but I thought this lunch box was so darling and I like that it's from a small business so here's my two cents. This is perfect for our toddler when he goes to his nanny share. I ordered several different bento-type options and returned them all except for this one. So far it really is leakproof. We don't put it in the dishwasher, but it's easy to handwash. Very sweet design, holds a perfect amount of food, and it looks very high-end. Would make a great gift.

I was on the hunt for a non plastic durable lunch box insert for my kiddos and after hours of looking, settled on these. They are cute, durable, and fairly easy to use. My 4 year old isn't able to put the lid back on properly, but my 6 year old does just fine with it. We have put dipping sauces in them and they didn't leak! Only have leaking when my little one can't put it back on correctly and even then, it only leaked inside itself and not outside into the lunchbox. The price point was a bit higher than usual for my normal range, but I'm so glad I went for it. I hope to get multiple years out of these. I will say, we stopped putting them in the dishwasher because they started to absorb the smell of the dish detergent. I switched to hand washing to avoid that. I'm sure when I switch dish detergent, it won't be an issue anymore.

Let me start by saying I love this container. I love that it’s silicone, has several departments that don’t leak in to each other, and is leak-proof. I got it for my son to take to preschool, but it’s not going to work for that. He could open it just fine, but closing it is very tricky because you have to kind of pull the edges of the lid over the edge of the container which I think would be difficult for any kid under 5 or 6 years old (it even takes me a minute). It doesn’t just easily push on like you might think it would. I also needed to put it inside of a lunch box/bag so I could include cold packs with it, the size made that very difficult. I think I have 6+ lunch bags and it only fits in one and even that is a tight fit. I plan to keep it for myself, but it just won’t work for preschool like I originally purchased it for.

This is such a great product! Well made, light weight, leak proof! Wish I knew about it sooner. I purchased another product first this school year and had a terrible experience. This, however, has been everything we needed! Only thing to remember is that it is a soft material so don't put sharp things in it. I put a toothpick to hold a sandwich together and it poked through the silicone. My fault though, the product is great! Hoping to buy 2 more for the other kids as soon as budget allows.
