Great Product if Used Correctly....
So, I have curly wavy hair, I am unable to use this product first thing in the morning to style my hair. As it's hold isn't the strongest. I decided to test it out at night before going to bed, so what I did was after taking a shower, I put a light amount in my hair, blew it out and when I woke my hair was thick and I just used their putty to style it in the morning. And it made a major difference for me in look and style. This product has a great light scent, very soft and easy to go on, I'm able to have it in my hair at night and no itch or issues, I feel that my hair is softer and looks darker when I use it at night. So for me, it's a great base product to use with their putty.

Like Salt Spray, But Stronger
This has been my go-to since my hair has really grown out. It's an interesting product. In terms of performance, I think that it's in between a salt spray and a clay. It comes in a tube and it actually squirts out like toothpaste.

Greasy and hard to wash out
This goes on with a shine - definitely not matte. And boy is this difficult to wash out.

I combine this with the salt spray and putty. Makes my hair very thick which is what I want. Highly recommend.

Too stiff. Tangles. Returning.
I don't understand all these good reviews. I applied per instructions and it did provide thickness to my hair. But once dried it was stiff like glued. I couldn't get my brush or comb through it. And despite claims it gave me fly-away and frizzies.Doesn't anyone make a volumixer WITHOUT the hold? I can add my own. Disappointed. Returned.

Great way to add volume without damaging hair.
This product is great for those with fine hair, but also those with thick hair too. Most people won't say no to more volume. The product itself feels light and goes onto hair easily. This was great to see since so many products that are heavier rip hair right out of your head. I didn't really notice any overwhelming scent. Maybe a light sweet yet masculine yet. I do wish there was a little more label transparency here, since it doesn't specify the country of origin. I was surprised to see this since other Pete & Pedro products usually proudly state that they're made in the US.
