We have been buying this protein for years and just realized it's on Amazon! It is by far my favorite protein. It mixes so well and is great quality for the price. The 5lb container lasts me and my husband about 6 weeks. It is low sugar. It does have some fake sugar and thickner to help the taste and mix. But I dont get much of that stuff anywhere else so it doesn't bother me.

This is my husband‘s absolute favorite protein powder. He loves the consistency and texture of it. It blends really well shakes really well and he even sprinkles it and his cereal. Very great quality no disgusting chalky taste

I don't leave reviews unless something really "wows" me. This is hands-down the tastiest protein powder I have ever had! No need to add any sweeteners; it mixes great with milk of your choice (I haven't tried it with water yet). And it doesn't upset my stomach. It blends well, seems to be high-quality, and is only 110 calories per serving with 25 grams of protein. A great post-workout treat. Under $30 for 30 servings at the time of purchase makes this an amazing value. ⭐️

It’s a decent isolate for the cost. While it blends ok, I usually have to reshake throughout drinking it. Its has a good amount of protein, about 25gm, and if the two flavors I have tried they tastes pretty good.

I've been using R1 protein as it's one of the only brands that doesn't give me issues and so I trust their products enough to try at least once. Tried the orange to change it up and I really like it. I've tried almost every flavor. Fruity cereal is god awful but chocolate, vanilla, caramel, mocha, choc mint, strawberry, cookies and cream, peanut butter chocolate, and orange are all good. Not sure what my favorite is. Mocha is good with cold brew. I get sick of plain chocolate easily. Have not tried the banana as it's not my vibe. I did try the new natural no artificial flavor line in vanilla but I don't like it compared to the original. R1 creatine has been great so far. Also tired R1 collagen but it does not blend or dissolve well at all.

I was surprised by this flavor (Orange Creamsicle) I usually order the frozen banana and mix it with milk. The orange was surprisingly good mixed with water. It mixed/dissolved with little effort, wasn't foamy, has a nice drinking consistency - And the flavor is there and subtle, it's not overt in taste or cloying sweet. It is bright orange in color mixed with water, but I personally am OK with the ingredients. . The Rule 1 Red Label is one of my go-to protein powders. The variety of flavors is outstanding compared to some other brands. I personally digest this one easily, without any tummy troubles.

Seriously, I have tried a lot of different protein supplements and drinks and R1 has been my family’s go-to protein power for 15 years. We are not body builders but we all lift/ exercise and are very active. My teens have grown up on it as well. It has it all and taste great compared to most out there. They have a lot of flavors and we have tried them all. It digest easily post and pre workout and mixes quickly.
