I chose this one because of the lavender fragrance. I was disappointed that the fragrance is barely noticeable. Also, the size of the pad is disappointing. It is very small, so it does not stay in place very well. It heats nicely but does not retain heat for very long. I will be returning it.

was very optimistic when I purchased this It was a little pricey, but liked the reviews. I followed directions, 90 seconds in the microwave , and burned, I took the cover off and it was ripped and the inside filling was falling out. I am very disappointed I can't return it and I can't use it. so 45.00 was wasted. I an hoping the seller can come up with a solution

My mom uses heat pads all day long for her bone on bone knees. I bought quite a few but never thought about washing them. I threw them out eventually because they got stained or started to smell. I came across these and gave them a try. They are great. First, they're very very soft. It's the perfect size for a knee. They stay warm about 20 minutes or so, which is perfect. And they're WASHABLE! Very easy to remove the cover and wash. Great value too. Microwave heating pads are VERY expensive and most are not washable.
