Does a decent job on printer maintenance.

No Instructions!!!
Have yet to use the item, will have to go to YouTube to get instructions if they are there…

Expensive for what it is and doesn’t work.
The package contains a small bottle of window cleaner, a syringe and small length of tubing, a couple of extra bits of tubing (not required for my printer) and a couple of gloves which you’d get at a petrol station. Total retail value of around £2-£3 give or take. I wouldn’t have minded if it worked but it didn’t so after a quick search online I used isopropyl alcohol instead of the window cleaner and it fixed the problem straight away.
