This firepit table was very carefully packaged. Everything was in tact. The easy to follow directions allowed me to put it together in 45 minutes. I am so impressed by the sturdiness and quality. The blue fire glass is a nice touch. I was surprised at the good amount of heat that table produces. It is the perfect addition to our patio. I did a lot of comparison shopping before purchasing this product and, by far, the price for this outstanding product is unmatched.

Loving out new fire pit!! We live in New England and have some cool spring and falls so we are using our new propane fire for many nice and warm nights. Loving the warmth and ambiance of this gives us. I was shocked how easy it was to assemble and how little effort it took. This fire pit has helped make our family time together much more enjoyable. My initial receipt of this item was not good. The box was extensively damaged, and I could hear items (stones) and metal, moving around inside. Upon opening, it was immediately apparent that this item had been opened by someone before, and possibly returned. Nothing was secure inside, and the metal was dented, so it was never removed from the box. Now the good part:Contact was made with the seller, and after describing the above, I had a new fire table in only a couple days. It was clearly packaged securely and properly. The directions and images for assembly were excellent, no detail was left out, and in about 30 minutes, assembly was completed with no assistance.I mentioned in an email to the company that one small screw was missing for the glass enclosure, but didn't ask for a replacement screw. A few days later, I received a small package with 4 additional screws.The table started easily, no issues with the igniter. I have not used it a great deal as of yet, but I have seen enough to write a positive review of the product and the company.Although the original item was certainly unacceptable, and required me carting an 80 lb item to the UPS office 30 miles away, that appears to me to be a supervisor/warehouse personnel issue, not a company issue. Whoever decided that shipping something in that condition was acceptable, I expect, has probably already been contacted by management. If not, someone should have.Overall, the company's response was outstanding, and that is all that I think most consumers want. Perfection is always desired, but, perfection is rarely, if ever achievable., but great customer service is.

I've had this a year before I decided to write a review. It is pretty loud, but man does it put out some serious heat, which I love! The one thing about it that I had to fix was the rocks. They started popping/breaking after the fire had been running for a while. I have recently replaced the glass and we had to use a vacuum, some of the pieces shattered.

I’ve been with Amazon for years, and rarely if ever write a review. This table deserves one. The table was easy to put together and works great. It definitely enhances my patio aesthetics. Was missing a corner piece for the glass shield, but I contacted support and they had it fedex immediately. Great support. I have no buyers remorse with this purchase. Actually going to buy another one for a friends new house as well. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. I had it for a couple of months and I have to say this was a great purchase. I love it! Lots of heat, easy to turn on and off, and just overall awesome 🔥😌

This fireplace is a great product. It was fairly easy to put together and looks great. My biggest compliments go to Befires customer service. I had an issue with some broken parts from shipping. They sent me replacement parts right away. I’ve had it a year now and did have some trouble getting it to ignite after the winter. I wrote Befires asking for some advice and they sent me a new ignition unit, no questions asked. They’ve been very quick to respond and care about their customers. This firepit is really sturdy, was easy to put together, and looks great! I would highly recommend it especially based on the price that we paid. We purchased the glass wind shield and the cover at the same time - was glad that we did. Overall a great purchase.
