DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
The product sent comes from america and will not work in the UK or Europe, its not advertised that its an american version only, frequency and voltages in America are 60 hz and 120 volts, UK and Europe voltages are 230 volts and 50hz, I had a long conversation with Amazon on this yesterday as it should they should not be selling this product in the UK or Europee! The manager I spoke with was quite rude and blamed the situation on myself, it doesn't state any where in the description that the device will only work in america nor does it state its voltages / frequencies! I be raising a complaint for compensation and reporting the this to trading standards in the UK!

Do not buy
This was sold on the British market by amazon and should never had been as it is only for the American market. First time to use it blew my fathers kitchen, and at the age of 80 he had to move his fridge into the front room the only room left with power.I have not been let down by Amazon before, but this takes the biscuit.

DO NOT BUY IF IN UK
This comes with the plug not compatible with UK . Waste of time, energy and fuel running around taking huge box back, printing out labels etc. Stressful and annoying. Should not be sold in UK and did not see anything in advertising to say as much. However, I was issued a full refund by amazon within a couple of hours of parcel drop

I did not get to use when opened found it had come from usa bought plug no one informed me as to where it was from plugged in and it went bang not a word said it was not from uk I was not happy as I am 80 it was very frightened

Wrong plug
Item took ages to arrive and when it did it had the wrong plug so couldn’t even use it. My girlfriend was not amused as it was a gift.Now returning this item has been a nightmare.Trying to call and speak to someone is also a bloody nightmare
