Ideal for travelling
Bought for travelling on self catering trips in the caravan where space and weight are limited, we self cater a lot and therefore scales are useful to have. A little doubtful I went for the cheapest set on here (under £4 at the time). Tested out against our full size kitchen scales, happy to say these are accurate enough and performance is good. They are neat, compact scales with a lid that closes to keep them safe but also prevents accidental button pressing (thus saving the battery). Looks good, works well.

Perfect for very small weights
Perfect for measuring very small amounts of pigments for colour blending (0.005g - 5g) Easy to operate with nice raised scale plate allowing for a petri dish to sit unhindered. Accurate Tare function. Easy wipe with hinged perspex cover. Easy read digital display. Very accurate when calibrated against a very expensive professional scale.

Okay but not perfectly accurate
The media could not be loaded. A good little well built scale. It takes 2x AAA batteries, which it came with which was good. It's small and has a good case that snaps closed. It works quickly, is easy to use and has a bright backlight. However, it doesn't seem totally accurate to 100th of a gram. I've been getting into investing in gold pieces of jewellery, so wanted a scale to use to check the weight of items I'd purchased was correct when they arrived. But the scales will regularly have the weight change from 2.85g to 2.83g for example. The video shows this.I think it's fine for the price, but if you need perfectly accurate, precise measurements this may not be the best product for you

They wear out after 4-5 months
They are cheap. The lids breaks quickly. After 4-5 months the power button stops working. While it works, it's very good. The backlight is bright and the display is clear.I will probably buy another as £1 per month for the accuracy is probably worth it.A more expensive Accuwiegh has just stopped working properly and keeps drifting. This item rarely drifts and, when corrected, stays accurate.I use it exclusively for weighing coffee beans. As the tare button stil works, I can pop the battery (which switches it on) and then keep it awake until I am finished with it. At least it's a spare in emergency..

Great for the money
Brilliant

unreliable
Not very reliable. once you have put a substance on the scale, you can't add to it, you have to take it all off and start again.
