I teach oil pastel drawing and needed bold pencils for a project. These pencils were perfect for our class! Each pencil was bold and consistent! I recommend this product!

The hubby likes 3B for his newspaper Suduko. This is the 2nd time I bought these and the lead has been intact. You know the pencils are bad when sharpening and the lead point keeps falling off. It means the pencils have received a drop or some other abuse that allows the lead to break within the pencil. These have not done that. I am very happy with them, I use them to draw as well.

These are perfect for what I am using them for.

I be like these pencils and so does my grandson. They work great and I like the ease for sharpening them. I can shade an item and still show the lighting too. Nice flow of the lead.

A big plus is that I can get packaged set of pencils of the same hardness ( In this case 1B). Almost always, the offerings are a range of hardness in a set. I only use a small subset of the pencil ranges available: HB, B, 2B and 6B. So I end up not using most of the pencils in the usual sets.

First of all, 6H drawing pencils are the faintest drawing pencils there are; so it can be used to start sketches and then be drawn over with a thicker pen or pencil.
