Smart looking. Took just 5 minutes to fit. Soft-close operation is very smooth and completely silent. Seems durable but time will tell. Great price point.

Does the job, easy to install and looks easy enough to keep clean. Good soft close function. Minus one star because of the inner rim on the lid, hubby says it's not comfortable on his back. Can't please everyone I guess!

Easy to fit and easy to clean, you may however have a problem with the fitting if the rear part of your toilet where the holes for the connectors are is too deep as my friend discovered,the fittings would not hold

Good value for money very sturdy only one fault got keep tightening screws having said tha they so easy to get to a 2 second job even with my arthritis hands

Very poor, lots of play in hinges so on the odd occasion that it's tight enough to hold in place there is still a large amount of movement. Had this for over a year now and requires tightening and resetting weekly. Very poor fittings don't hold in place and if you tighten too much the hinge pops out of the hole completely. Because it fits so badly, the pads wear in an uneven pattern. One has completely worn through. Will now need to buy another unit. When bought new it only stayed in place for around 36hrs. Absolute rubbish

Lightweight and easy to install as comes with clear instructions. Soft close mechanism works very well, I've been using about a month a literally no difference in quality. Kudos

This toilet seat is simplicity itself to fit, took me just a few minutes, and I’m no expert. Took longer to get the old one off. Tightened up nicely, and I think unlikely to come loose, but if it does it’s just a couple of turns of a screwdriver, from the top. No fiddling about in the tight spaces below.Very adjustable, right down to my comically tiny loo, for which I’ve had trouble finding a new seat before. Would probably adjust to fit a standard loo, but not one of the extra long types.Soft close is nice, as I live in a flat, so no accidental lid slams in the middle of the night to annoy the neighbours.

Easy to fit, works a treat, I took of 1 star as lip on lid is a couple of inches around, like pictures so make sure it's what you are after. Very small negative
