I buy all of my vitamins from this brand! I have found that this brand works so much better than most brands I have tried. And they are all non GMO, no fillers, and no artificial anything! And decently priced!

I love the flip top cap 👍🏾 gel pills easy to swallow & plenty for the price. I have to add that the packaging is pretty!

I really like the small gel size of this VITAMIN E BUT I also take Vitamin D3 every day at the same time and the 2 gels are exactly the same size--so if you have a problem with confusing the two based on that--this is not the VIT E choice for you--otherwise it's a great product.

Vit E in 200 IU dosage is hard to find, which is why I bought this product. Only issue is that the softgels are all stuck together in one lump inside the bottle. They are easily separable, one-by-one, so it's not a big problem. But I don't know if the bottle was exposed to excess heat during shipping or there is an issue with how they were manufactured.

I purchased this to go with 400 iu does to get up to 1,000 ius a day. Vitamin E is a natural liver cleanser and if you find that your liver enzymes are elevated start with 400 ius a day and you can increase every few weeks if your tests continue to be high reaching a maximum dose of 1,000 ius a day. But most people only need 400.
