Wrong plant recieved
What I recieved was Silver Dust plant and not an englidh lavender.Silver Dust (Senecio cineraria, also known as Dusty Miller) is not a type of lavender. It belongs to a completely different plant family (Asteraceae, the daisy family), while lavender (Lavandula spp.) belongs to the Lamiaceae (mint family). Why Silver Dust is Not Lavender:1. Different Botanical Families – Silver Dust is related to daisies, while lavender is related to mint.2. No Fragrance – Silver Dust lacks the signature scent of lavender.3. Foliage vs. Flowers – Silver Dust is grown for its silver-gray foliage, while lavender is valued for its fragrant purple flowers.4. No Essential Oils – Unlike lavender, Silver Dust does not produce essential oils used for aromatherapy.Silver Dust is often used for decorative foliage in gardens, whereas lavender is used for fragrance, medicinal purposes, and culinary use.
