Perfect Part
This replacement cover for the coffee grinder is the best one I’ve bought. It is clear and does not discolor with use. It has not developed bubbles from the heat either. Also, it fits perfectly on my Cuisinart grinder and brew. Highly recommend.

Exactly what we needed
After hunting for part numbers and skus we came across this replacement grinder cover and it fit perfectly in our Cuisinart coffee maker. Will definately purchase another just in case we have another one crack.

Also works with the DGB-625
Ordered thru seller 'Small Appliance.' Arrived ahead of schedule via DHL / USPS; pkgd in a bubble wrap envelope & inner poly bag. Appears to be OEM as UPC is similar to other Cuisinart part numbers. Although not listed, it fits & works perfectly on my model DGB-625 Grind-N-Brew.Lost another G-n-B in a move, picked this one up at a thrift store for $10. Appeared lightly used, cleaned up nicely but was missing the grinder lid. At >$15 delivered, this lid restores full functionality. Now I can make a full pot of coffee from freshly ground beans. Would buy again.

Fits and works perfectly
The coffee pot that this goes is over 8 years old and gets used every day. My "oops" drops finally took their toll on the original part. The original wasn't "broken" but I just decided to replace it rather than wait and see if it gave out. It's not even a moving part. I recommend the coffee pot that it goes to as well as this replacement part.

Hand wash
First of all, let me start with suggesting to hand wash this. If you put it in the dishwasher, it will develop fractures and eventually fail. With that out of the way, if you have a Cuisinart coffee maker that uses this, then you likely know that it needs to be cleaned after each use. This presents a problem, since based on my experience the easiest way to clean it is to wash it by hand, and let it air dry. If you seek to make a pot of coffee and your grinder is not clean and dry, then you must wash and dry the grinder and lid. Air drying take way too long, so I'd use paper towels. This was not really the best, so I purchased a second grinder. This cut the times that I needed to dry the grinder with paper towels down. I now own four of these, and that seems to be the right number. Three would probably be alright, but with a total of four (three extra) I've never had a problem with not having one ready.
