Buy at your own risk!
Garbage, do not waste your money on these line sets, ignore their claims of being a quality product. We were in a pinch as our local HVAC supply store did not have any shorter line sets so we were forced to turn to Amazon and these along with another seller were the only ones that had the lengths we needed with next day delivery. Upon initial inspection, the line sets look fine, just like every other Chinese made line set. Unfortunately, the quality of the fittings and flares are extremely poor and they will fail. Just like almost everything else on Amazon, you have dozens of sellers selling the exact same stuff from the same generic manufacturer or supplier. We used these sets on our Bosch 5000 multi-unit mini split system and within 72 hours both Amazon sourced line sets suffered catastrophic failures, resulting in 2 separate losses of all R410 refrigerant, and us having to call out our HVAC technician twice to repair the broken line and recharge our system, resulting in over $400 in additional service fees. Luckily we were home both times to pull the power to the system before ruining and destroying our compressor. On both occasions, the flare fitting on the high-pressure liquid line blew apart, completely separating from the nut where it attaches to the outside compressor unit. We now worry that all the other fittings on these junk lines will fail. Someone should be held responsible for allowing these sellers to sell this garbage. So save your money and buy a US-made lineset, pay a little more now, but it will save you in the end.

Works!
Read a lot of negative reviews about this stuff. We had to cut and flare it. Did it with a non-metric flaring tool. No issues. The line isn’t any less thick than the other lines we bought for our mini-split from the hvac supplier. No complaints. Good product.

Undersize OD if you need to flare. Do not buy not to spec.
I got one of these had the entire system installed and the tubing was 3 feet too long. I cut it and then tried to flare the end with a flaring tool. The line kept sliding out of the flare tool. After an hour of trying to figure out what was wrong, I got my Calibers and measured the OD, the 1/4 inch is .011 smaller and the 1/2 is about .028 too small. Do not buy if you think you will need to Flare these, they are shaving off material and it is problem. I am going to have to replace the line.

Need metric flaring tool
I purchased the “1/4 inch and 1/2 inch” supply lines to connect my Pioneer 12K mini split. I needed to cut back the 25’ lines to around 20’ and re-flare the ends. My standard flaring tool wouldn’t work as the lines are slightly undersized. I had to purchase a metric flaring tool and found that the 6mm and 12mm options worked perfectly. These lines should not be advertised as 1/4 and 1/2 inch. They will work, but you need a metric flaring tool if you need to reduce the length and re-flare. The nuts at the end do fit my Pioneer mini split, so at least that part is compatible.

Defective material!
Completely unusable! I connected one end of line set to indoor unit . Run the lines to outside unit . Then cut the lines to correct length & 1/4” or 1/2” copper lines were incorrect size to flare!
