I’ve ordered the 90/10 spandex type twice. I like these compared to 100% polyester as they are lightweight and breathable when work/one is exercising. This style is true to fit.

Absolutely love these shirts. Designs, feel and comfort. Sizing might be hard, I’m 5’5” and a fairly fit 170 so a large was good, not tight. Of If I had more muscle I guess a medium for a tight fit would be perfect.

Unfortunately, it’s too large! I ordered the medium based on the size recommendation. I’m pretty chiseled at 5’6” / 150lb w/ 30” waist. The waist length went down to the bottom of my glutes. The sleeve length was almost 3-4” too long. The abdominal section had too much fabric (IMO)- no taper. However, the chest circumference was spot on. I plan on returning for a size smaller. Good brand! I expect them to grow w/ the right marketing and a fix to their size inconsistencies.
