One of the toner cartridges registered empty. Had to call HP support
I thought by buying HP brand toners, I wouldn’t run into issues of half empty toners that I would run into when buying knock offs.I called HP support on the off chance that the toner was fine and the printer wasn’t registering it as a new toner. They walked me through the reset process and it works!

Not universal
These were not compatible with our printer. They were the same cartridge number as our current, but our current was universal and these were not.
