Straightforward to set up and does the job
Very pleased with the butt. I am not the world’s best at DIY but found this fairly simple to put together and get working. The instructions are simple and easy to follow and all went as planned. We have had a decent rain since I installed it and all aspects worked perfectly.

Easy to assemble, really sturdy
….and a great size for a small space. Can’t fault this, and it’s already proving its worth, with the addition of a net cover (purchased separately to enable rain water collection but keep out leaves/insects, etc).Would buy again, and have recommended to relatives/friends

Great capacity
Now have two of these connected together, first on already connected to downpipe so simple addition took aboout 15 min. Then we had rain all summer oh well.

Poor customer service after a reported leak
I purchased this item August 22 and in July 23 there was a leak. I contacted the company to see what could be done. Their customer service responded and implied that I had caused the damage. Looking back at other feedback at the time that I purchased my item and several people reported a leak.I suggest you buy locally where the company will value your custom.
