Re: CREATIVE NATURE BANANA BAKING MIX.**GLUTEN FREE**.This is an - easy to create - baking mix for those of us with Epi pen anaphylactic allergies to gluten this brand is the only gluten free baking mix I trust because it has been created with care.Note: I will add photos soon to showing it being eaten you how much it is loved and appreciatedI have referred to it as baking mix because yes you can make cakes with it but you are not limited to just making cake - You can make Muffins, Banana Bread, Bun- in-a -Mug , and it's also good used as a topping for stewed fruit and baked and topped with custard, cream, ice cream or (Or All Three 😁) instead of using crumble!The only downside is the sugar content which is on the high side and one to watch if you are diabetic like me.However if you pack your baked and cooled Muffins, Banana bread, or Cake etc in a lunchbox and take it with you to eat when you're being active, your body will turn the sugar into energy instead of fat.I bought it when it had a short shelf life and priced accordingly (£1.49 instead of £8.49)!.With the idea being I would be using shortly after it arrived because our little family loves this.The texture is perfect as is the taste and the Quality and @ this lower price why stop @ one!Highly recommended 100%

Delicious and easy to make
I'm a terrible cook, and kits like this one help me make edible food, so big win there! It makes a very nice banana loaf, you can adjust the recipe if you need to make it vegan. It's delicious, I have now made this three times.

Cake was easy to make and instructions were clear. Nicer than some gluten free cakes and not gritty. Tasted good

Amazingly tasty!!
After reading the reviews on this cake mix i bought two. I used almond milk and vegetable oil. I find rice milk a bit thin and soya milk awful! It rose beautifully and did not fall apart when i removed it from the tins (i used 2 tins). I filled it with vegan butter icing i made with flora, icing sugar and vanilla essence. I then put some plain icing on top to make a birthday cake for my 24 year old son who has severe allergies (epi pen type allergies). He absolutely loved it. As did all the family to be fair. I will be purchasing this again at Christmas and use some black cherry jam and icing for a gateau feel cake. Just Perfect! Thankyou!!

It's just sweetened flour - you bring the rest!
My own fault for not properly acknowledging reviews or ingredients. This is just the sweetened flour and raising agent. You add banana, butter, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon (hilariously gives a list of other customisable ingredients like caramel and chocolate chips that it also doesn't include!). Bit of a let down.

Great stuff
I really liked this. Much easier to dump this pre mix in than weigh everything out individually. I made the vegan version with added cinnamon and vanilla extract and it came out so good. Would purchase again and would like to try the other versions too.

Gluten free Banana cake mix.
I’m afraid myself and the family disliked this cake, we love bananas but the cake did not taste good for us.

Vegan Birthday Cake.
I made three birthday cakes but only one using this mix because one person was vegan. This cake was the one that disappeared first! Good job I made a 3 layered cake using 3 packets.

JUST ADD • 250ml of your favourite Milk (we like rice milk!) • 110ml Vegetable Oil (or 100g melted coconut oil) HOW TO MAKE • Preheat oven to 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 4. • Gracefully pour all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and give it a good stir. Feel free to dance, sing and make merriment during this all-important stage, just try to keep mess to a minimum! • For a single layer cake, pour into an 8 inch (20cm) greaseproof cake tin. For a double layered cake, pour into two 4-inch greaseproof cake tins. • Pop in the oven for about 25 mins, then remove and allow to cool before icing. FOR THE ICING (not included in this packet) • 130g Icing Sugar (or powdered coconut sugar) • 3 heaped tbsp Creative Nature Cacao Powder • 80g Dairy Free Spread • Milk (optional) WHIP IT UP • Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl but be super careful with the powdered sugar! It loves to fly about when you stir, so start slow and steady, then up the tempo a touch so you can get a gorgeous smooth mix (sing a bit of Soul to your bowl for extra smoooth). • If you want a thinner mix, add a splash of your favourite milk! • This is just our suggestion, we’d love to see your ideas, especially if you decorate with a whole chunk of awesome. Get experimenting! • If you can’t wait for it to cool because it’s too tempting, that’s not the end of the world, but we think the icing completes it, so try and keep busy for 30 mins!
