Used for vegan savory jelly
I used this for historical representation of a savory jelly form the twenties, for vegetarians and vegans. It worked well, although it melts very quickly. It picked up the tastes beautiflly and looked fabulous for a short time. Don't knock these out of the molds until you want to showcase it :)
