Strong and Invaluable!
Bought this as I was getting a roof box, have only tried a handful of times so can't speak to longevity however this item is extremely sturdy and I can't imagine it breaking...! Love that it's a longer platform than most similar products, and it makes it super easy to get up in to the roof of my CRV 👍🏻

Love this item for keeping in the back of the car
I've got a Freelander, so quite tall, and when putting something on the roof bars it's quite challening to reach up. This is such a clever little piece of kit, just hook it into the door lock loop and you're away. Small enough that it just slots in next to the spare wheel in the boot for when I need it.

Good value for money looks good when in use
It gives some one of limited hight the range to see the top of your car. To wash and polish the roof is great. It’s of good construction and materials engineering is spot on.

Top step up
We have a Hyundai Tucson with a roof rack and often put a kayak on, not a problem if you’re 6’4” tall but could be a problem if you’re not quite as vertically enhanced.This is where you need s step up and to be honest I’m chuffed with the simple method of operation and also having the rubber protectors.The Boss aka my wife has tested it and I didn’t have to catch her and she was really happy.As the saying goes, happy wife, happy life.I’m thinking thx next time I need to get to the roof of the van, guess what I’ll try first!?Also like that it fits nicely in thd side door pocket.Thanks

Does it work for me ?
Great idea and well made.Problem is on my VW POLO the fit is at hip height and with artificial knees I cannot manage the stretch.A pity but it may well work for many other people.
