If you struggle taking tablets then this is great, you can literally do one spray on your tongue (personally I aim for the back of my tongue for best location) and you’ve got your daily dose.I worried it would make me gag but on the tongue is much better for me.Taste is peppermint and not unpleasant at all, very handy to use and one less tablet to worry about if you’re taking any other supplements.

I’m quite sensitive to stuff I like the fact it was a spray for the tongue but I felt crap each day I used it I had a muzzy head and felt sickly this may just be me tho with being sensitive
