Perfect day pack
I LOVE this pack so much! The purple looks great. It’s hard to find a light day pack with good hip belt support and pockets but this one has it. My iPhone 13 fits in the left pocket perfectly. Pepper spray or snacks go in the right one. I love that it has 3 separate zippered pockets plus the open stretchy stuff pocket. The side water bottle pockets are deep enough, fit a 32 oz Nalgene and have straps to tighten. It is very comfortable and compares to the talon 22 I’ve been using. It’s very good quality although not quite as good as the Skarab 30 but the Sportlite fits me better. I usually have to wear men’s packs because of long torso but the large size is perfect for me. It comes with the whistle on the chest strap which I use for my dog. There’s nothing I don’t like about this pack. The water bladder pocket might be tight but I don’t use that I use bottles instead. 25L is the perfect size for my day hikes and fits my rain jacket, puffy coats, snacks etc. so happy with it!

Perfect size and tons of space!
Needed a hiking backpack that was good for day trips but also hold more for wherever I went that day. Some hikes will be a couple hours and another all day. I have the biking backpack and love it for the utility and durability. The material is good, I don't believe it's waterproof but I think it's water resistant. I love having a separate compartment for a water bladder plus 2 big compartments for stuffing. There is a pocket on the right hip support and always found that good for wallet or what not. Not too big and not too small either. I'm 5'11 with a proportional torsos and ordered the small/medium. There is a nice air flow mesh separation on the back to allow some cooling, and the side pockets can hold 20 oz water bottle easy.

Love this bag
This bag is awesome. It’s very light and extremely comfortable. I just did a 9 hour hike and I didn’t even realize this was on my back! Lots of storage space for a day hike. Osprey is definitely worth the money

Love this pack!
Didn’t expect to love this as much as I do. Love the hip belt. This made such a difference on my recent 5 hour mountain hike in SW New Hampshire. The pack sits just right and love the narrow body. Really helped my balance. And for ordinary use the hip belt straps away nicely so you can use just the shoulder straps. Very comfortable. Otherwise feels very sturdy and expecting this pack will be with me a long while.

Good pack for day hiking
I am a big Osprey fan as I have other larger back packs made by them. This 25L pack feels very durable and well-made, and has lots of storage compartments with exterior compression straps, as well as hip belt pockets. The shoulder straps are adjustable and the back is ventilated. There is an exterior bladder pocket (bladder not included) for water, or there are two stretchy, deep side pockets for water bottles that have compression straps to keep them securely in place. It is very comfortable and practical to wear on long day hikes. However, I work in a National Park and was looking for a medium capacity back pack I could use daily to carry my lunch, keys, outer layer, notebooks, iPad, charging cords, sun screen, bug spray, water bottle, and umbrella. Honestly, I'm not loving this pack for that purpose. It is almost too big for that as the storage compartments are fairly deep and I find myself having to dig around a lot to find smaller items. The protruding hip pockets at the bottom of the pack don't allow me to set the pack down without it falling over, so I have to usually lay it down flat horizontally or hang it on a hook. It's a great pack, and I will continue to use it for longer day hikes, but I will probably buy a smaller pack without hip belt pockets for every day carry.

I love my new Osprey Purple Day pack!
Straps are great, comfortable, weight is light on its own, love ospreys quality with their bags. Highly recommended this bag especially if you love purple. I love the color on this bag. Only downfall was no rain cover came with it but I bought one on Amazon and it worked great! Also buy the water bladder for this bag, there is a pocket just for it! The size is perfect for everything I need for hiking my section hikes on the Appalachian Trail

Smaller than it looks.
It's smaller than it looks. Hard to fit much in there.
