Works...most of the time
My husband uses this scooter when we have a lot of walking to do. It seems to be finicky about operating. Sometimes it will start right up, but other times it just beeps and refuses to move. We've found that the battery has to be on just right to get it to work (but sometimes it still requires a bunch of tweaking to get it to work.) My husband is 300 lbs. and 6'2" and the scooter is small for him, but he just bends his knees or even rides with his legs extended out the front. To give it credit, the scooter has plenty of power and hauls him up small hills without any problem. If we could get it to work more consistently I would give it a higher rating.

Great Scooter!
Great Scooter! Received shipment within one week. Assembly was easy and it runs as advertised. Forward & back controls operate from either the left or right. MY wife only has use of her left hand so this works for her. The unit is about100 lbs. but with the battery pack and seat off, one 86 year old man can stand it on end with the front wheels on the real bumper of our SUV, and I can lift the rear and slide it in. Put a large cushion under the front wheels so you don't scratch the bumper!
