Would be a 5 star rating if I didn't have to order and buy line sets, communication cable, drain hose, and line set hides. I had long runs and line set hides added more than expected cost to the entire install. Installation through a brick wall requires a considerable amount of work. Remote controls are not specific to each head unit. Installation of head units above windows may not meet the ceiling to head unit minimum distance requirement. Units did include adapters needed for some line sets. Easy operating instructions. Units have many features. Temperature holds within 2 degrees of setting on very hot days. Head units and outside unit are extremely quiet.
