Great phone at this price you can't go wrong.
You really can't complain too much about this phone at this price point. That being said, I'll offer my criticisms here. #1, and probably the most annoying, WIFI calling doesn't appear to work with Mint mobile. After looking online it appears to not work for any carrier who uses the T-Mobile network. This is frustrating, but it seems from what I've read that it is more the fault of T-Mobile not allowing unapproved phones to use WIFI calling, but regardless of who is to fault, it is annoying and frustrating. #2.Is related to #1. The reception is not stellar. In my apartment I sometimes get no service. I have to move the phone around to find 1 or 2 bars. My last phone on the same carrier (Unihertz Atom XL also on Mint mobile) got 2-3 bars, with occasionally 1. If the WIFI calling worked, this would be a non-issue, as it doesn't seem to have worse reception then the last phone while in the car. #3 The phone would not connect to my Windows 7 Laptop to transfer music to the phone. It appears to only work with Windows 10 and up. This was annoying, but I bought a 256GB SD card to bypass the problem, and this was actually not a huge deal because for the $20 the SD card cost me I was able to copy my whole music collection in one shot without picking and choosing which folders I wanted the most (I have 200 GB of music in my collection) Which brings us to #4 I had high hopes for the Sony music player that comes native on the phone. After being forced to use VLC media player on my last phone which had no native music player, I was looking forward to using something a bit more user friendly. At first I was impressed, until I realized that the Sony music player wouldn't play my WMA files (which compose nearly half of my music) I did install a third party app from the app store (Jetaudio+) which plays 98% of my files, but it cost $3.99. I feel as though Sony should of paid Microsoft whatever licensing they had to to offer native WMA support with their player. It's Sony. People associate them with music and if some random app can afford the licensing and still turn a profit on $4, then Sony shouldn't of cheaped out on us. That's pretty much all the criticisms I have of the phone. Other then that, it's a nice phone. The display looks really nice, the Bluetooth works great, the battery life is phenomenal, the camera is adequate, it has a headphone jack with good loud audio, and it didn't come with a bunch of software I didn't want installed. It DID come with Facebook installed, but it was easily removed. Other then that really only the basics you would expect (calculator, maps, Youtube, etc) All in all it's the nicest phone I've had of the last 5 or 6, at this price I honestly can't see you getting anything better.

Not impressed
the 3.5mm jack broke after a couple months.I am on the same Mint (t-mobile) plan as my family. They will have two bars of reception and I have none in the same location.Finger print reader works about 20% of the time.I get two days of battery life, which I like.Screen gets actuated by my leg if I put it in my pocket without remembering to turn it off.I won't buy another Sony phone
