I bought this for my mom. I already had one and I love it and she loves hers!

Great for eyes, head, tennis elbow. Had to order another for bottom issues.

I'm a massage therapist, this did exactly what I needed. I dont use the straps, however, I do heat it and and clients love the smell!!

The length of the elastic straps is for a child. I have an average size head. The straps are too short. Reeks of lavender. I don't like lavender. After washing in the washer, less odor but still reeks of lavender.

so the rating qualifications they have for this product are bs as their overall product rating comes down to an average of the following ratings:Overall ratingThickness&Warmth.so im assuming and possibly making an A of myself as i have yet to sell a product on amazon they chose the questions foe their customer review page in which would boost their product rating versus giving you an accurate depiction of product itself. IT DOES NOT SMELL. it is just (in my case) a pink bag of sand. VERY disappointing as i got it for my mother as a stocking stuffer.

The little spot that’s open on the plastic packaging so that you can feel the fabric on the mask is FILTHY. Not just a little dirty looking, but brown like it’s been on the floorboard of somebody’s car. Not really thrilled about putting that on my face.

Not very comfortable to wear and i wish the scents were stronger
