Started using this for my tum, under arms, loose fatty skin. Got ginger oil with coconut oil to use which stimulates fatty tissue.

Seems to work and feels nice but it's a bit scratchy on bare skin. Also the balls would be better without the notches in . In my opinion.

It’s alright

To say I love this simple tool is a total understatement. I keep it on my bedside table in plain view, and it has been there for weeks. From the moment I first tried it out, I have been in love. The ridges on the little beads massage the muscles in the middle of my back and work out the tension. I work at my computer all day and those beads are pure heaven. I can't say it enough. Get this gizmo. You will be so glad you did.

as soon as i start rolling this across my shoulders, i unonciously take in a nice deep soft breath and feel my body relax. i love this. i got it for my bottom to smooth out the dimples lol but it works for round surfaces very well. like your arms and legs and since its on string you can do it all yourself.
