Q: does this completely block air from passing through it?

I am using this tape as mouth tape for better rest. At first, I cut a piece that didn’t cover my entire lip line. I think I was scared. Now that I know I can breath through my nose all night, I cut the piece to cover my entire lip line . I can still move my jaw. I’ve already reordered. This has been the absolute best thing I’ve done for my health. I sleep all night. No air enters through the tape. I dont even want to take it off in the morning.

Q: Can this tape be used to tape gauze pads over wounds?

Yes. It has a great quality of sticking where you put it, yet it removes from the skin easily. Also, I have sensitive skin and often react to tape. Not silicone tape! Perfect for people with skin sensitivity.

Q: Is this the same (except for width) as nexcare strong hold pain-free removal tape?

As far as I can tell, they both seem to be of the same quality. Adhere well without causing any real pain or irritation upon removal
